Hydraulic Culvert Renewal with 127 Precast Culverts, Irmak–Zonguldak Railway

Along the Irmak–Zonguldak line, culverts that had reached the end of their service life or lacked sufficient cross-section were replaced with precast culverts we produced ourselves. 84 culverts of 3×3 m and 43 of 2×2 m were installed under the operating railway at various points between Çankırı and Zonguldak, each old culvert removed and replaced within 24–36 hours. Reinforced concrete wing walls and the required utility relocations were also within the scope of this work for the TCDD 2nd Regional Directorate.
