Kocadere TOKİ Housing Link Viaduct, Pamukkale, Denizli

A 160 m, four-span prestressed precast beam viaduct was built to connect the Kocadere TOKİ housing area (1,500 homes) in Pamukkale, Denizli, to the Ankara–Denizli highway. On this project we worked as the viaduct subcontractor to the HBN Elit Enerji & Akar Taahhüt joint venture, TOKİ's main contractor. The foundations took a total of 4,000 m of Ø120 cm bored piles and the structure 4,500 m³ of concrete and 1,500 t of steel; with bearings, expansion joints and pedestrian/vehicle guard rails installed, the work was carried out and completed between March and December 2025.
